Positive: Very nice room, comfortable, clean. We also liked the access to the beach with its comfy beach chairs. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. We also enjoyed the gardens on the property.
Negative: The service in the restaurant can improve with the waiters. Sometimes it would take a long time for them to come and see if we needed anything, especially when we were sitting on the beach tables/chairs. Also, the responsivness of the receptionist can improve. We did not have hot water in our room for two days. We told the receptionist, he responded, but nothing was done until we had to go and insist with the staff at the restaurant. Also, we changed rooms for the last night and that room was not as nice as the original one. There was some electrical noise all night from the property next door and many mosquitoes in the room. So some rooms are better than others... With a few tweaks, we think that this hotel can improve and be even better. We hope this feedback helps, as we would like to return again on another occasion.
