We offer a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable King bed and the other two bedrooms come with queen size beds. A large full bath with shower stall and his/her vanity. Newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, utensils and cookware. Beautifully decorated living area with a 55" LCD TV and a glass dining table. Other amenities include: laundry room, high-speed wired/wireless Internet access and outdoor BBQ grill.
Your bedrooms have large closets with mirror sliding doors and ceiling fans. The master bedroom comes with a Samsung 42" LCD TV with digital cable. The other two bedroom have a queen size bed and Samsung 42" LCD TV. The home also has three skylights and a solar exhaust fan for the living area. The home comes with a/c units in all living spaces and a powerful rooftop exhaust house fan for added comfort.
The hosts also offer boogie boards, beach mats, towels and chairs for your use at the beach. Plenty of parking is available on the street or in the carport.
The home is conveniently located near bus stops and 5 minute walking distance to Keolu Shopping Center where you will find a Safeway supermarket, a theater and a variety of restaurants which serve authentic Greek, Vietnamese and Chinese food. Also located in Keolu Shopping Center is a Starbucks, Subway and Round Top pizzeria. We are located a few minutes from Kailua Town and Kailua Beach by car.
Our guests will have access to the BBQ grill and lanai area that comes with patio furniture. In addition, our guests will also have access to a washer and dryer for laundry. High speed Internet wired/wireless capabilities is also furnished on the premises. Plenty of street parking is available for our guests. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach mats, beach umbrellas and beach seats.
