KAMP CASA
We love indoor outdoor living, so we stylized our property with the idea of creating a fun Rustic Ranch Kamp setting where we love to live, work and play. The property will be all yours to use during your time at Kamp. We are a unique space with fun offerings, if you are interested in staying please read through all of the listing so you can confirm if KAMP Casa is the space for you and your guests.
KAMP Vibe
We are a Rustic Lux KAMP that aims to provide the Fun elements of Camping and Outdoors with the Lux and ease of home. We welcome the outdoors and all the casual elements that come with it.
Our range of unique areas include our KAMP House, KAMP Barn, KAMP Play Room, KAMP Outdoor Lounges Spaces, Lounge Tipi, Sand Lounge, and Fun Games. Bienvidos to all of our fun happy KAMPERS out there!
KAMP HOUSE
Our modern rustic ranch style home, Kamp House, with rough lux indoor outdoor living. Front Patio with several lounges, fire pits providing fun easy space to relax, chill, gather and still be part of the Main House activities. Kitchen Dining Surround Sliding Doors offer open and fun vibe to enjoy the indoor outdoor vibe. We love to gather in our Restaurant Style functional kitchen with 11ft Stainless Steel Island with and open shelving . Our Blue Star 48" gas and electric range with 4 burners, griddle and grill, you can enjoy lots of space for cooking and entertaining. To start your morning off right we have a Nespresso Machine, Keurig Coffee Maker, French Press, Breville Tea Maker, Huron Juicer, or Smoothie Blender. Enjoy and snuggle up with our living room fireplace anytime if day. KAMP House offers two bathrooms, Bathroom 1 features Carrera Marble shower, and Soaking Tub, Bathroom 2 offers Carrera Marble Shower and indoor/outdoor barn slider that opens to the view and outdoor Shower and Tub. Bedroom One and Two are all set with Queen Beds and Third Bedroom with full double bed. All beds have hotel style sheets and bedding, plush rugs and complimentary Spa Style robes. To accommodate your guests, we have Twin Beds available for use in either bedroom and or the living room.

OUTDOORS:
Enjoy, lounge and play, in Kamp Casa's unique spaces. The Kamp Barn, Outdoor Living Room and Kitchen Dining Room, Kamp Playroom, Kamp Shack, and all the fun Kamp Lounges. Enjoy roaming the grounds and find some of the hidden spaces with hammocks, swings, and hanging tipis. Try a dip in the Hot Tub to relax and soak in the view morning and night. Everyone loves a Kamp fire, we have a couple to choose from, but our favorite, communal campfire located at the center of Kamp with a full view of sky day or night.
KAMP BARN
Our Kamp Big White Barn with Pool Table/Wi-Fi/Vintage Record Player with record collection/and Kamp Style Lounge, fully open to the courtyard, ready to enjoy day or night.
KAMP PLAYROOM
Kamp Playroom is our Little Black Barn set with fun vintage guy vibe and stocked with Games, TV, and Books. For the group or just one our two player Arcade Machine with 412 Classic Games.
SAND LOUNGE
Full of outdoor fun, our version of the Playa (beach) full sand lounge with Chill Bar, Pool Table, Lux Bean Bags and Games - unique KAMP Fun in the sand. MOVIE NIGHT - ask about our outdoor projector for use outside in Sand Lounge - projector rental 50 for stay
KAMP OUTDOOR KITCHEN
Our Rustic Kitchen set amidst a majestic redwood and a grove of oaks is the heart of fun at our home and a perfect way to enjoy the outdoor experience. The space is an open layout featuring 16ft rustic wooden bar height counter with stools, stainless steel prep tables, barbecue and camp stove. next to the kitchen is our custom designed 16ft x 8ft dining table with chairs and benches.
KAMP SHACK
Our own little Kamp Beach Shack, Outside - full open windows all the way around with exterior bar top and stools Inside - stainless steel countertops, freezer, power and lighting to host the perfect lunch or snack.

Overlooking the backside of Kamp, perfect morning, noon or night.
BIKES
Cruiser KAMP Bikes available for guest use. Enjoy bike trailers, state park, and local Sebastopol - ride to our local wineries, a fun dining experience, a shopping trip, local farmers market, or to enjoy all the scenic beauty all right in KAMP Casa Neighborhood. OUTDOOR GAMES
Enjoy all our fun unique outdoor games: Bocce Ball, Outdoor Pool Table, Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Horse Shoes, Trampoline and Basketball. Our Play station with Giant Jinga, and Connect Four.
RAGEL STATE PARK
Enjoy our local gem right behind KAMP Casa. Ragel State Park is noted for its beautiful oaks and backcountry scenic trails along the prime bird-watching habitat of Atascadero Creek. The park offers many fun features including soccer and softball fields, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, a playground, off-leash dog park, peace garden, and group and individual picnic sites with barbecues. KAMP Casa enjoy a morning or sunset walk or run, or grab the KAMP Tennis Raquets or Volleyballs to enjoy a game on the courts.
DECOR:
As event stylists we love to bring changing design and decor our home. Pillows, decor items and or rugs and blankets are subject to change seasonally for fun, exciting, fresh touches inside and out.
WEATHER:
We enjoy a big range of weather in Sebastopol, and if you want to enjoy all the Kamp amenities come prepared with cool and cozy clothes. Layers are perfect for possibly chilly evenings.
PARKING:
Please confirm with parking options onsite and off. We have a maximum number three onsite spaces. Please contact us for recommendations for additional parking options.

Outdoor Lounge spaces Cabanas, Tipi, Tents, Lounges and Games are seasonal and subject to availability.

KAMP MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance team does weekly upkeep on various areas at KAMP Casa during the week and weekends. You may see them during your stay as they work to make are KAMP even better. We have outdoor Maintenance Team and Housekeeping team that are on property during week at various times from nine to five. Gardener is on property on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am to 4pm
