Negative: The location and ground are beautiful indeed. The house is comfortable but unfortunately there are maintenance issues to attend to... The lights in the lounge and dinning are dim and some globes were missing so it impacted further The kitchen can do with a clean up. Outside it looks clean but the oven was dirty (I covered it all with foil for our stay), some of the inside cupboards were also not clean... pantry messy, not inviting to use, (we put our stuff mostly on the benches) We were 12 people and had only 11 dinner plates which meant that one person had to use a small side plate, sure it is not a disaster but really should not occur... We also found some dead/half alive cockroaches in some bedrooms and in the kitchen... we understand it is the bush but it is good to attend to before guests arrive The TV in the loft did not work, so the kids came all down which in a way defeated the loft idea... (maybe we did not know how to make it work but there were no instructions) We felt that allowing the charges per night the property could be better maintained and equipped. Saying this, we loved the location and the grounds, it was truly peaceful and if maintenance is attended to the house could be more pleasurable
