Welcome to Kennesaw's Birds' Nest! This peaceful and centrally-located private separate entry suite is nestled in the heart of Kennesaw, walking distance from Kennesaw State University (KSU). We are also very close to Town Center, Kennesaw Mountain, downtown Kennesaw and Kennestone Hospital.
You'll love this private suite with a full kitchen, coffee bar, office space, washer/dryer, pool table & deck for bird watching & enjoying nature. Traveling for business or pleasure, we'd love to have you!
This is a private daylight basement apartment with its own entrance and two designated parking spaces. We live in the home (3 people) on the top two floors, so you will hear movement. We work from home, so if you need to sleep during the day, please take that into consideration. You may also hear a keyboard being played, though no later than 8 pm.
This suite sleeps UP TO three people. There is ONE QUEEN BED (pillowtop mattress) AND ONE QUEEN AIR MATTRESS (stored in the bedroom closet). Enjoy sleeping on soft bedding and fluffy pillows. Your bathroom will always have fresh towels and toiletries such as soap and shampoo.
For your convenience, we have a ROKU, high speed internet, full kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher. Also, a washer and dryer. You'll be within a few minutes of shops and restaurants.
This is NOT a smoke friendly home. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR SMOKING of any kind/substance, drugs and weapons! This is not a hotel/motel. Please respect our home!
