Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice room, breakfast was excellent with a great range of options to choose from. Good location, close to tram and local hikes.

Negative: The air con was not available for our stay despite 27 degree temperature. This was due to other guests allegedly wanting the heating on and the room could not have air con unless all had aircom. Also we didn’t release that the balcony was not private - other guests were constantly passing and looking in to our room so had to have shutters closed constantly.

Summary: Let down as I expected more from this hotel
