Positive: host from Avanta Greeted me, She was nice and gave me a very quick tour. I wished she was a bit more pulled together Branding and better presentation for Avanta which appears to be more premium/luxury, she was chatted but I realised I did not get the. information I needed or required and we had to contact her back a few times, and there was a delay in getting back. I am in the properyt hotel space and There really needs to be book on site for the resident, especially if there are internet issues.
Negative: I wished she was a bit more pulled together Branding and better presentation for Avanta which appears to be more premium/luxury, she was chatted but I realised I did not get the. information I needed or required and we had to contact her back a few times, and there was a delay in getting back. I am in the property hotel space and There really needs to be book on site for the resident, especially if there are internet issues. Additionally when we pull up it looked unkept there was plastic and other bits laying about, this should have been up to higher standards and maintenance, that was disappointing, it was clean but it definately could use a fresh coat of paint, and the gardening/leaves should have been attended to.
Summary: Nice big floor plan and plenty of space and rooms, makes the stay good for family
