Positive: Good location, good decor and aesthetics.
Negative: The pillows were so uncomfortable! I got a bad sprain in my neck and when I asked them to replace the pillows they didn’t even acknowledge 😔 We had to leave for Nuwara Eliya at 7:30am the next day, they promised to arrange breakdown for us by that time but instead we just got a few breads/pastries kept in our room the evening before. That too when we weren’t in the room. That was disappointing. We could’ve atleast gotten a properly packed lunch.
Summary: They need work on the hospitality and service.definitely change the pillows! The lighting in the room can als be done be
