Facing south-east, it has 220 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 100 m² living room (with fireplace) opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a mezzanine bed, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a large garden. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A spacious 100 m² living room with TV, sofas, fireplace, dining area and access to the terrace
