The house is built just next to the Mont-Tourbillon 18 hole golf course and is 5 minutes away from Pourvoirie du Lac-Beauport (outfitter where you can fish in Summer or ice fish in Winter, do snowshoeing, dogsledding, snowmobile, or horseback riding), or from the lake Beauport nautical club (canoe, kayak, paddle board, pedalo, swimming) and its huge winter ice rink on the lake, Le Relais alpine ski center, Sibéria Spa, a magnificent nordic spa where you can enjoy massages, dry and infrared saunas, hot and cold steam baths, relaxation facilities, a zen café…
The “Boulangerie du Lac” and “Pascal le Boulanger” bakeries make fresh bread, pastries and snacks all-year long.
