Positive: Smooth check in,clean apartment. The views Amazing😃😃😃. The Staff available to assist when needed.

Negative: The R250 per hour for late checkout. I called before check in to ask about damage fee and I was told there wouldn't be any,but it was a different story when my client got there,not a big deal though.
