Twinnessee Escape is located inside the beautiful Douglas Lake Resort. Amenities abound in this calm serene resort, lake-shore walking trails, lots of wooded area, in ground large swimming pool (no lifeguards, swim at your own risk) with lots of poolside furnishings. There is a large playground for kids as well as a large fire pit for late night campfires, making smores and memories ! The loading ramp for your boat the docks and fishing piers are also located there. There is an additional parking lot for boats and trailers and extra vehicles in your group. All of this is within walking distance of the cabin. Making this log cabin in the perfect location within the resort.
Twinnessee Escape offers 3 bedrooms 2 baths and sleeps 8. The log cabin is an authentic log home and is very tastefully furnished. On the main level is a wrap around deck located in the treetops so you have lots of privacy here and there is always a nice cool breeze blowing thru the porch. Entering the main level of the cabin you have a nice large eat in kitchen and open floor plan leading right to the den which features a flat screen TV and cozy sitting area with a fireplace. The Queen size master bedroom with in suite bath is located on this level.
Downstairs on the lower level of the cabin is a game room area with a pool table, cards, board games, checkers and a TV & DVD player. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs as well. 1 bedroom is a full and the other bedroom is a full bed with a slide out twin trundle bed. also just added is a twin size roll away bed. There is also a large deck off this level making lots of room for everyone.
Twinnessee Escape is lakeside with total wooded privacy and just a short walk down to the lake and all the amenities the resort has to offer. You couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot as Twinnessee Escape offers it all !!!
