Lake front is located at 3mm at big Niagara in a cal-de-sac which is quiet and fun swimming for the family. Lots of privacy because we are at the back of a cove. Easy to swim off the dock, nice swimming platform. Can hook up boat on side of dock. Shared drive through lot with 1 neighbor. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVE THROUGH. Enough space on our lot for 3 or 4 vehicles, depending on size of your vehicle.. Additional parking on top of lot. Double deck with wrap around deck on top level. Barbeque grill on deck. Fire pit in yard. NO FIRE PITS OR CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED ON WOOD DECK. No pets. The two full baths are new walk in showers. Professional cleaning service to provide a clean environment.

Summary: The house was great! There were 8 of us at the Lake for a concert at the Ozarks Amphitheater. There was ample room for our group. The deck was a great place to gather and we really enjoyed the firepit by the Lake. Thanks for supplying the firewood!! The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils we needed to make a couple meals, and the dining room table was a perfect fit! The house was clean and well-maintained. The Carrolls were very responsive to any questions we had. All in all, a great rental and we would certainly book again!
