Located just 50 minutes from Asheville in Nebo, this posh lakeside home is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the Lake James area has to offer. Ideally located near Lake James State Park, you can spend your days exploring nearby hiking trails like the Fonta Flora Loop, Overmountain Victory, or the Holly Discovery (complete with child-friendly activities). If you don't mind a bit of a drive, you can visit another state park nearby, South Mountains, for a more challenging hike like Chestnut Knob or a beautiful waterfall hike like High Shoal Falls before grabbing a refreshing craft beer at Fonta Flora's open-air brewery at Whippoorwill Farm a mere 12 minutes from the home.
