Stay at our cozy Lake House Getaway. This community is made up of people who live here and those that have this as their get a way home. Great View of Lake Livingston, The sunsets and full moons views are down right amazing. You have access to a private dock where you can fish or swim. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has a game room upstairs and a wonderful covered deck that looks out onto the lake. Full kitchen and bathroom down stairs with additional gaming area. We just added a Tournament Quality JOOLA Ping Pong Table and Tournament Quality Dart Board in the Garage.
Boater Friendly - Our Boat Lift is old so we don't allow boats to use the lift, but boaters are welcome to tie off their boats to the dock.
Disclosure the lake can get rough so be very careful about leaving the area while the boat is tied off to dock. We will not be responsible for Damages to your boat. You may be responsible for damage to our dock.

Summary: This was our second time to rent this house and it was just as good the second time around.The only change was that we caught more fish from the dock this time!The property is exactly as described and is in very good condition.The furnishings are nice and there is plenty of room for everyone to either be in the same space or to have a little bit of space to themselves.We especially enjoyed seeing the lake from comfortable seating inside the house or from the covered back deck.
