3 Bedroom Cottage in Greentown

The Cottage is located on 3 private acres which is mainly wooded right across the street from the lake!! There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a loft, sleeps 5-6 guests and 1 bathroom. There are 1 queen, 1 full and two twin beds in the loft. The Cottage has a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen and dining room is equipped to serve up to 6 guests. There is a fire place, three decks and plenty of outdoor space. The whole cottage has been updated and the cedar wood floors just refinished. A very unique floor to say the least, please see the pictures!! There is a gas grill and picnic table on the back porch. The two front porches have seating areas. Transient boat slips are available right across the street at Light House Mariana as well as rentals for every kind of water sport. There is a public beach a short drive north on Rt 507. I have two kayaks that I am willing to rent for the week if desired. Guest can carry them across the street and set them in the lake.

Summary: Me and my girlfriend stayed at this cabin for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect for our needs we intended to rent a boat from the marina and the location hear was perfect being right across from the marina it is secluded enough that you have plenty of privacy and it was very clean and seamed to be well maintained. it was a great time boating during the day and sitting around a fire on the property at the provided fire ring, even had some visitors laying not even 30 ft from the back deck both mornings when we came down there was a doe and her to fawn hanging out in the back yard and they were perfectly ok with us taking some awsome photos. i would certainly stay here again.
