This cozy cottage is the perfect lakeside getaway! The house sits on Little Whitefish lake, a 200-acre, all-sports lake with crystal-clear water. The main house has a big, beautiful kitchen with all the appliances, linens, and utensils you need! Step off the patio and down the back stairs to the water, where you can paddle the water in the included kayaks, swim in the sandy-bottom lake, and enjoy the views.
The cottage is a classic Michigan lake house, complete with a Michigan-stone fireplace (decorative), beautiful views of the lake, and a porch to enjoy a summer evening. The main house has one bedroom and one full bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, and the most important part: a coffee maker (with coffee included)!
The living room has a TV with Google TV, a pullout couch, and an armchair for relaxing. The dining room has seating for 4, and all kitchen utensils are included. The sunroom has a twin daybed, and a pull-out trundle for the little ones.
On the front side of the house is a little guest cabin complete with air conditioning/heat, electricity, and a full bed. Note that the guest cabin is disconnected from the main house, so it is best for teenagers or an adult couple.
The back of the house overlooking the lake has a beautiful new patio set, a gas grill, a gas fire table... and, of course, the lake! Step down the stairs to the long dock and boathouse, where you can grab kayaks and dock chairs to enjoy the lake.
We are happy to include all linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies, outdoor seating, washer/dryer supplies, coffee, a grill with propane, a fireable on the back patio, and the normal comforts of home. We do not include beach towels or inflatables for the lake.
