We invite you to stay in our newly renovated home with all modern conveniences, including central AC, heat, & high speed WiFi. Our goal is to provide a superbly clean, safe, comfortable stay with access to a multitude of outdoor activities. Short walk down to our private beach for kayaking and paddle boarding. Public boat landing a mile away. Short driving distance to hiking trails. We are family friendly and love dogs.
UPSTAIRS: A large and open living area, dining area, open kitchen, large deck, two bedrooms, and gtwo full bathrooms. The dining area seats 6, plus high chair.
The kitchen includes all new appliances along with a coffee and tea bar. If you need anything we don’t have, we'll do our very best to accommodate. We provide a lot of "starter stuff" so guests don't have to over-buy for short stays (condiments, Olive oil, spices, etc). Upper deck features two seating areas, and a gas BBQ. Sunrises and sunsets are priceless. Flexible sleeping options - Bedroom #1 includes one cal-king bed, and attached bathroom. Bedroom #2 includes one queen bed. All bedrooms have Smart TV's and blackout curtains.
DOWNSTAIRS: A fun space for kids to sleep and play, one large bedroom, one full size bathroom, laundry, bonus room with sofa and table, and large deck that leads to the lake. Bedroom #3 includes one queen bed, and one twin bunk bed meant just for the younger crowd. Downstairs deck has seating for 8 around a gas fire pit and access to our private beach.
HEATING/COOLING: NEW A/C and heating unit for upstairs. Extra fans and space heater are also provided for downstairs.
BABY/KID GEAR: Because you're probably traveling with enough stuff already, we do have a high chair, a Pak n' Play, and plastic eating dishes for small kids. Just let us know if there's an infant in your group so we can have things ready for your arrival.
OUTDOOR GEAR: Limited outdoor/summer gear provided ( 2 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, lifejackets - although we encourage you to bring your own as we cannot guarantee your size, floating lily pad, camping chairs, small igloo cooler.)
TOILETRIES: premium toiletries provided, including Public Goods products, and makeup remover towelettes.
TECH: High speed internet making it ideal for remote work or distance learning. Smart home features throughout, including self check-in, Nest, and smart TV's.
*Note the third bedroom is downstairs off the bonus room. It has a ceiling fan, but there is no central heating or AC in there and it can get chilly or warm depending on the season.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES & NO SMOKING, PLEASE!! This is a family friendly property.

~PET POLICY:
We love dogs and know how hard it is to find a place that allows them to come on vacation with you. Up to two, Potty trained, well behaved, dogs are welcome! If you plan to bring a pet, there are a few rules that must be followed:
1. Please inform me if you are bringing a pet in your initial booking message. There is a $20/night pet fee (max $50 per week) that will be charged separately AFTER booking. We will charge a pet fee for any unexpected dogs.
2. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, specifically the beds.
3. Please clean up after your pet.
4. You are liable for damage caused by your pet.
~SECURITY:
- There are two security cameras outside of the home for your safety.
- Our home is located on a highway so please expect some ambient street noise that varies seasonally. We will supply earplugs by request.
- Lakeside love shack is on the water so be prepared for lake critters such as spiders and gnats (harmless but pesky) at dusk especially. We have a bug repellent lantern on each deck for evenings outside. Keeping doors closed will help with less bugs in the home. Hey, you're surrounded by nature - what do you expect!: )
