Our property has a 200 degree unobstructed view of Okanagan Lake and the mountains. Local amenities include - Dog Beach, Gellatly Bay Water Park, Willow Beach, Public Boat Launch, Beach Volley Ball, The Cove Resort, Mission Hill Winery, Quail's Gate Winery, Two Eagles Golf Course - all this within 5 minutes by car or by foot. If you feel more adventurous - you can check out the other side of the lake where you will find more world class restaurants, golf courses, mountain biking trails, hiking trails, beautiful sandy beaches and of course wineries around every corner. You won't find a more centrally located place to call your home - for a week or more. Interior features - a newly updated kitchen with new appliances, quartz counter tops, granite composite sink with touch taps, and new paint. The master retreat is very large featuring a large separate sitting area, king sized bed, large flat screen TV, large en suite with double sinks and a soaker tub. This room also has access to it's own private deck. There is a semi formal dining room off the kitchen, a two piece bath, the living room which features a large flat screen TV and access to a deck which is capable of seating several people for a great dining experience. Upstairs has a small Den/4th Bedroom with a Double Murphy bed. Downstairs features - two bedrooms - the first one is large, has it's own sitting area, a queen sized bed and located directly across the hall from a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a double bed and it's own en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is a family room with a large sectional, there also a pool table and a Foosball table. Our property features a large "L" shaped pool with diving platform and a slide, a large outside bar with water and a fridge. Plenty of outdoor patio space. All areas have an incredible view from every vantage point. There are two decks - one off the Master Bedroom and one off the Living room. There is parking for your boat or trailer with 30 amp service. The boat launch is one minute away. We offer free Internet access - our WiFi will even work pool side.This is a family home where you can relax and not worry about wearing your shoes inside our home. Come give us a try. We have many happy returning customers. Security or Damage Deposit A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 CAD is due immediately. Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees Pets are allowed. Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Any Pet A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless. Cleaning on Departure A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning During Stay There is no cleaning/maid service available. Linen Linen is included in the rent Parking Parking is free. Waterfront and/or Beach Property is waterfront (i.e. no properties between the property and water OR property is in a community with private waterfront access). Okanagan lake is a 1 minute walk from the property crossing a road. The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a public dock. There is a new wharf with zipline directly across from the property with diving platform great kids of all ages Snow Skiing and Boarding Property is not near a ski resort.
