DRAWING ROOM A beautiful room, with original cornicing and high ceilings. The room comprises several armchairs and a sofa, surrounding the fireplace and bookcases. Artwork decorates the space. In the bay window, you can enjoy views to the surrounding houses, with a desk and chair providing a great space to work or read. KITCHEN The kitchen offers a large corner sofa for relaxing pre or post dinner. The space also offers all the amenities you will need during your stay- including a coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar and surrounding bar stools as well. DINING ROOM This is open-plan from the kitchen and offers a large wooden dining table and surrounding chairs, with views to the garden from the French doors- which also provide access. GARDEN With a flight of steps down to access, the garden offers a private paved area, with outdoor seating, a pond and surrounding plants. FIRST BEDROOM On the lower ground floor, to the bedrooms. With Parquet flooring throughout, this bedroom includes a double bed, with lots of light from the window. Artwork adorns the walls and there is a wardrobe for storage. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin, with monochrome tiling on the floor. RELAXATION ROOM/ FITNESS ROOM This room offers a sofa, television and exercise bike, to use as a space to workout or relax.
