Looking for a fun and relaxing getaway? Bridgman Pool House offers guests a place to relax and create life-long memories! This spacious 3,400 sq ft house features 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, and a finished basement with a wet bar and game room.
The home features central heat and air conditioning on the main floor and basement and the upstairs area has window units for the summer months.
Walk through the doors into a thoughtfully designed entryway with a place to kick off your shoes. Off the entry is a built in workspace, perfect for guests who need to get a bit of work done on their getaway.
The kitchen is perfect for the chef in your group, and offers high end appliances with tons of counter space. The kitchen opens up into a spacious great room with a dining table and living area to relax and watch TV. The cozy chairs in the formal dining room around the corner provide additional space for guests to enjoy meals or play a board game.
The Upstairs area offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths including 1 room with a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and one room with a queen bed, twin day bed w/ twin trundle and crib.
The finished basement features a wet bar and beverage fridge with a large smart TV over the bar as well as a full bathroom. Enjoy a movie on the large, cozy sectional or challenge your family and friends to a game of foosball or Ms. Pac Man.
The true gem of the home is the backyard oasis featuring a 40'x16' in ground heated pool with deck jets, gas grill, and large patio. Plenty of space to lay out and tan, read a book or dine outside!
The 6-person hot tub is open year-round and features two loungers, a waterfall, and an upgraded medical package which provides more jets.
There is a propane grill for our guests to use during their stay as well and you can expect to arrive to a full tank. Enjoy a night around the firepit off the lower level of the home tucked into the woods.
Please note that there is 1 exterior security camera on the property -- it is located on the front porch and views the porch and part of the driveway; It is motion activated and remains on at all times.
