Constantia apartment, in the exclusive Komurluk area of Kalkan, is only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre. One of the largest individually designed apartments in the complex boasts magnificent uninterrupted views from the extensive patio. The patio is outside living at its best with beautiful views over the bay and harbour.
There are 2 good size bedrooms, the master bedroom is extremely large with more wardrobes and cupboards than you can imagine for a holiday apartment. A mosquito net which is invaluable. A marble tiled en-suit with vanity unit . There is a small balcony off the bedroom with sea view. The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobe, dressing table,drawers ,cupboards and bedside- table. Marble tiled en-suit shower room. The bedrooms being in the rear of the property helps to keep them cool from the raging sun.
The living area is L -shaped with new fitted kitchen with all accessories, when preparing food the marble preparation area looks out to uninterrupted sea views.

The lounge area is set in a peaceful part of the room, once again full sea views, it has a large L-shaped sofa unit which will fit up to 6 people. Screen for DVD player . Also a player for cassettes plus a docking system to play your own music.

Summary: The apartment is perfectly located...a stone s throw away from many nice beach clubs and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The apt. is extremely easy and comfortable to live in and we of course especially loved the gorgeous sunset view from the large terrace. We will hopefully get a chance to stay there again.
