THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE is a luxury beach house rental situated on a quiet private residential seaside estate in West Sussex. Dependant upon the time of year, it is available for long weekends, mid-week and week-long stays for family and friend groups. We welcome families for breaks and holidays. We are unable to welcome any hen or stag groups.
COVID-19: We are a member of the Professional Association of Self-Caterers' UK (PASC) and have introduced enhanced cleaning and safety procedures in alignment with PASC advice during COVID-19 to ensure our guests feel comfortable and relaxed in our luxury houses.
THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE is a landmark beach house situated directly on the quiet beach with uninterrupted sea views and direct beach access, just 90 minutes from London by train or car. We are pet friendly so your best friend(s) can enjoy our beach house too.
The first floor south facing balcony has stunning panoramic beach and sea views as does the large wrap around palm fringed beach-side garden equipped with hot tub, large barbecue and boasts generous outdoor dining space. In addition there is parking on the gated drive for 6-7 cars and plenty of space for your jet ski, dinghy or windsurfer with direct beach access.

THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE has 5,500 sq.ft. of living space featuring an elegant and spacious open plan living space - with wide and comfortable sofas around the large wood burning stove - leading into the large and elegant dining space and onto the large fully equipped kitchen breakfast room; with range cooker, microwave, separate third oven and electric hob, larder fridge and freezer with ice maker.
The ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE very comfortably sleeps up to 20 including children (maximum of 12 adults) in seven bedrooms with seven bath or shower rooms, five of which are en-suite.
There are two large televisions with full Sky package in the open plan living space plus an extensive collection of traditional games. All bedrooms have TVs with either Sky or Freeview and the property has 900 mbps Full Fibre broadband.

The first floor south facing balcony has stunning panoramic beach and sea views as does the large wrap around palm fringed beach-side garden which has been equipped with a gas barbecue and boasts generous outdoor dining space. And for your peace of mind there will be full external CCTV security and electronic gate access.
For all Tesla Car owners, we now have TESLA charging points at each of the beach houses with official charging hardware supplied by Tesla.
