Outside, the Ocean View from the generous patio welcomes al fresco meals on summer evenings and provides the ultimate setting for festivities. You don’t have to leave home to find fun – the exceptional backyard has a beautiful pool and large jacuzzi. Whether you're sunbathing or swimming in your private home pool, staying cozy by the roaring fireplace, or cooking up a storm in the spacious chef's kitchen, you'll be staying in comfort.
Nearby Activities: Moonlight State Beach, San Diego Botanic Garden, San Elijo Lagoon, The Crack Shack (restaurant), Solace & the Moonlight Lounge (restaurant and live music).
Parking Details: up to 9 cars RV Parking & Boat Parking
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi details: Pool is not required to be heated to use. If you would like heated there is an additional charge of $150 per day charge to heat pool and $10 dollars per hour to heat jacuzzi.

Summary: We are very disappointed with the stay at this home. The listing does not mention that there is no AC! The home gets very warm during the day. The only way to cool off the home is by opening the windows… which half are broken, and half don’t have screens so bugs will get in. Also multiple sliding doors have handles broken or no screen. The listing also doesn’t mention that he lives in the House! There is a door that is blocked off and he lives on the property with you! Very frustrating that he doesn’t mention that! We wanted a private stay which is what we payed for, but it did not come to be a reality. The title to his posting says “large secluded home” how can it be secluded if he lives in the house with you!? His posting says $25 for the jacuzzi per day. However as soon as I booked (and payed for the home) he messages me that jacuzzi is $25 per hour and $45 per day. Then one day I asked him to turn it on for the evening and he told me that till cost $50! He just keeps trying to rip you off at every opportunity. This host is doing Vrbo a disservice and it is very disappointing.
