-This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA doesn’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA, therefore, help me by following the instructions.
-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.

-We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
