475 Tarpon Boulevard has the best of both worlds: walk 60 yards from the front of the house and you have access to the beach with ocean views from the front of the house, and then walk outside to the rear of the house and enjoy the gorgeous views and sunsets from the home's private stationary and floating docks with canal access.
