We’ve also made sure to furnish the entire interior with amenities to elevate our guests’ experiences. Room 1: Ground level main bedroom, King bed, sleeps 2-3, private attached en suite full bathroom, oversized bathtub, large walk-in closet, double sinks, TV included in bedroom
Room 2: Upstairs bedroom, King bed, sleeps 2-3, steam shower, private attached en suite full bathroom, walk-in closet, double sinks. TV included in bedroom.

Room 5: Ground-level oversized bedroom/loft, 2 Queen beds on ground level, 4 Queen beds on the top bunk, sleeps 12, oversized suspended net in loft above, private full bathroom

The Smart HDTV comes with a complimentary Netflix subscription to keep you up-to-date with the latest show you've been bingeing. Our chef-grade kitchen comes with premium cooking equipment, dishware, silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, rice cooker, and a Jenn Air Coffee System (a standard drip coffee machine is also available).

The dining area is furnished with a sleek table with comfortable chairs and another with additional seating in the game room. Also, there is seating located at the kitchen countertop, this area is perfect for morning meals or evening sit-down dinners with your family or friends during your stay.
Full bathroom 1:
Located in the main bedroom on the ground floor (Room 1), this bathroom features two separate sinks, beautiful walk-in shower, and an oversized tub with soothing jets. You'll have access to basic toiletries and plush white towels. It is also equipped with soap dispensers filled with sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Full bathroom 2:
This en suite bathroom located in Room 2 is a two-sink, two-mirror bathroom with a 5x magnifying makeup mirror and a spacious steam room that doubles as a walk-in shower. The rejuvenating steam shower is equipped with a soap dispenser filled with a sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It also has a bench, making it convenient for those who may have issues standing for a long time.

This bathroom is located in the hallway upstairs and serves Rooms 3 & 4. It features a lovely single sink, complete with a 5x magnifying makeup mirror that lets you perfect every contour and detail. Take a quick shower or soak in the combined shower-tub. The bathroom is equipped with a soap dispenser filled with a sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Located on the ground floor, this bathroom is near the kitchen, game room, and Room 5 for your convenience. It has a single sink with a 5x magnifying makeup mirror to help you hone your look. This bathroom is located on the ground-floor.

This adorable half bathroom features a single sink with a mirror, fabulous bidet, complimentary toiletries, soap dispenser, and plush white towels.
Game Room:
A game room features a pool table, table tennis, foosball, and darts for our guests to enjoy. In addition, it's stocked with fun board games and has a smart TV in the room to watch your favorite sports tournament while enjoying time with your family or friends.
Backyard:
Treat yourself to our outdoor amenities in-between outings with the group and fun in the home. You can soak away your stress in our jacuzzi or pamper yourself in our lavish sauna (the sauna is a paid amenity and will require additional fees for access).

There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit that has complimentary bleach and detergent.

Drive down to Colfax to explore the shops and restaurants, or take a scenic drive to Lake Tahoe for a day of water activities. For hiking and skiing, the Sugar Bowl Resort is a short drive away. Don't want to drive? Consider carpooling or taking the Greyhound bus from Colfax for longer trips.
