The accommodation has a fitted and equipped kitchen with a worktop/high bar for convivial dining!
You will be able to prepare your meals just like at home! You will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine!
In the two separate bedrooms, you will find double beds (one 140x200 and one 160x200) with bed linen for a good night's sleep!
In the en-suite bathrooms, you will find a washbasin unit and a shower.
A washing machine is also available in the flat. You will also find a vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, hairdryer, ironing board and iron!
The accommodation has fibre optic broadband and a television.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation at the rates charged by the city. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be reached 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask that you take care of the accommodation and respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

Please note that the building has no a lift and the flat is located on the 1st floor.
Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out must be completed by 11am at the latest.
Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
