Infos to note:
- Parking available at the bottom of the slope. We do not recommend driving your car uphill when the path is icy or snowy even with a 4x4 or AWD, it is at your own risk. We will not be responsible for stuck cars. If so, you will need to hire a towing service.
- The Internet you will have is a 100 Mbps connection which is sufficient for teleworking.
- A maximum of 3 cars is allowed to park on the property and it is forbidden by the city of Saint-Côme to park on the street at night. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that we do not give any guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance performed during this period). Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October.
- The indoor wood fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to a lack of maintenance during this period. It is in service from early October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside these dates, please feel free to request it, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Please note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions that are beyond our control. However, you will have access to a shovel if you ever want to clean the site and use the fireplace. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that firewood is not provided on-site. If you wish to enjoy a fire, we kindly suggest bringing your own.
- We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels, spa or beach towels are not provided.
