The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling glass windows and a door that opens to the covered balcony. The balcony is furnished with chairs and a table. Enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon beverages with a peaceful view of the tree top canopy of North Litchfield Beach and out to the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and solid surface counter tops. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The flooring throughout this condo is LV Plank, and perfect for your vacation life at the beach. The bedroom 1 also has floor to ceiling windows and a view of the ocean. This bedroom has a king bed and private bath with tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with singles. The 2nd bath is in the hallway and also has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are remodeled and updated with new vanity and sink with Shiplap backsplash, and tub has a tile surround. Amenities include a covered parking space, and a ground level storage closet for storing your beach chairs and boogie boards. You'll enjoy your beach vacation in this beautiful unit!
