We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Please note this is a private lower-level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
We have a family dog, she sometimes likes to bark from the patio, but we'll try to keep disruptions to a minimum. Sound does not seem to travel much between the guest unit and the rest of the home.
Laundry
-There is no laundry in the guest unit, but if we happen to be home and the laundry is needed please let us know, and we'll try to accommodate.
Layout
-The bathroom is only accessed through the garage. The bathroom is for your private use only and will not be accessible to the rest of the home.
-The guest unit is very cozy and will likely be most comfortable for a single guest or a couple who don't mind sharing tight quarters.
-There is plenty of closet space to store belongings.
