Summary: We were 4 adults at the Long Beach condo from Sept. 24-28th, 2024. The gate for parking opened easily with the code provided. The garage is extremely narrow and limits the size of car and still be able to open the door and get out. Garage “C” had a large SUV parked at an angle one day, severely limiting our ability to leave the secure yard, we had been asked not to hamper access to the area. One day the gate was open when we arrived, no one was around. We locked the gate. Garbage area in the yard was sufficient for the units.The door entry system worked fine. The condo is spacious and furnished well. The finishings like the plumbing fixtures are not. Loose plumbing fixtures in both bathrooms, sporadic hot water, shower door in master suite sticks and water runs out, not properly installed. The window screens are very dirty. There were bugs in the bathrooms, and the kitchen. Unacceptable. The beds were comfortable, bedding was clean and sufficient. I would suggest more hand towels in the bathrooms. The large television were good quality. Unfortunately, no directions were given to how to access the entertainment system. It might be an idea to have a folder or a book advising on how systems work. There were ceiling fans and air conditioning units in the rooms. The fan blades were so dirty they threw dust all over the room. There were no dish cloths, towels in the kitchen, but a clean, new scrubber.Sink does not allow for washing of dishes, no rack. Dishwasher worked well.
