Conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac, it's minutes from the Delaware Bay, 10-12 minutes from the Cape May Beaches, 15 minutes from the Wildwood boardwalk and a short ride to dozens of restaurants, vineyards and breweries!
You'll be welcomed by a house-wide front porch that's perfect for morning coffee. The first floor has a spacious living room with a 65-inch wall-mounted TV, a formal dining room, a gourmet eat-in kitchen, and a well-equipped game room for contests, puzzles and cards! For even more fun, the garage has been converted into an arcade-like game room. Get your game on with Pop-a-Shot basketball, air hockey, foosball and magnetic darts!
Bonus: The house also features an attached first-floor in-law suite -- with its own private entrance. The in-law suite has a full kitchen, a living room with another wall-mounted 48-inch TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed!
There are 4 more large bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with TVs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite full bathroom.
