New luxury beach-front Villa at Placencia, Belize. Newly Construction, 2010. This is our personal Villa, less than 50 feet from the Caribbean Ocean with a Master bedroom (king bed)that faces the ocean, with a private veranda also facing the ocean. Our second bedroom has a queen bed and also faces the ocean. Both have private bathrooms. The living room has a queen sofa bed and an extra half bath. With over 2,300 square feet of space, you will feel right at home in our spacious Villa. Unrestricted and unbelievable ocean views from every room. The living room is well equipped with a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with island bar and separate dining area seating six. Washer/dryer in the villa. Two swimming pools,including a private pool for the exclusive use of the 4 units in Villa 1. Our next door neighbor is the famed Francis Ford Coppola's Turtle Inn, and is one of our favorite restaurants on the peninsula. Placencia Village has lots of great bars and restaurants to choose from, or buy your groceries in the Village and take advantage of our fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining. The near constant ocean breezes from both verandas and the sound of the ocean waves will soothe and rock you to sleep. Relaxation comes easy. Enjoy breakfast on our outdoor dining veranda while watching the sunrise. Belize (formerly, British Honduras) is located east of Guatemala, south of the Yucatan and north of Honduras and has the longest Barrier Reef in the western hemisphere with hundreds of off-shore islands where the sailing, diving , swimming, snorkeling and fishing are spectacular. Superb diving at Silk, Laughing Bird, Glover's, Blue Hole, Ranguana and Light House Caye. Ocean and lagoon kayaking, rafting, Mayan ruins, biking, hiking, beach walking, sailing and excellent bone fishing. *Do note that a 10% Local Service Charge is payable upon check in.
