This adorable house has 3 bedrooms including 1 king Sleep Number Bed with foot warmer and under bed lighting and 2 full size beds with TVs in each room and workspace. This tranquil retreat offers a renovated kitchen and bathroom. This property is a great place to call homebase while you're away on a weekend getaway or business, We hope you enjoy your stay and don't forget to step out on the covered porch we call the "upper deck for a spectacular view of the Kentucky rolling hills! This is a two-family and your stay is on the second floor. You need to be able to walk upstairs from the street to the front door and then again to your space.
Coming in for business... we have plenty of workspace and are just minutes from UC Hospitals, P&G, Kroger Corporate, Xavier, Medpace and Northern KY businesses and colleges.
Five minutes to Great American Ballpark and PayCor Stadium. 10 minutes to TQL stadium.
