FOR WORK/FAMILY ENVIRONMENT PLEASE BOOK OUR OTHER LISTINGS. We have Updated Kitchen/Bathms,5 TV’s & a lot of tables . 5-10 minute walk to MGM, Motor City Casino & Tons of bars /restaurants. 5 Min drive to Dtown with free parking. No unapproved parties or a $1000 fee will incur. Please ask for approval . We approve 90% requests. $250 fee for gatherings over 15 guest . 25 max PLEASE READ ‼️‼️‼️‼️
It’s the Biggest loft in Downtown Detroit. This is a traditional loft meaning it’s huge in size , inside of a New York style INDUSTRIAL building. Industrial meaning not in a traditional apartment building . It’s the only way we could accommodate such large groups , but it’s very nice inside . It’s tailored to UPBEAT groups looking to have FUN. For a more intimate , relaxed setting , ask us about our other listings . PLEASE DO NOT book this unit if you’re looking to relax with family OR work. We have other listings tailored for that . This is for groups that has plans to explore downtown, host gathering , concerts, sporting events, night life etc. The building is filled with other vacation rentals with groups looking to have fun. This is for a Downtown experience, not tailored for families . We have other units for families . If you’re traveling with a large family group please be aware that it’s not tailored for kids. However kids are welcomed. Please look at pics and see the FUN ATMOSPHERE that has been created! It’s tailored to sleepovers, dinners, bachelorette/bachelor groups, concert groups, groups for work that want to have fun, game nights, wedding parties, sports outings etc! The unit has colored lights in almost every room with fire places to create any mood a guest desire. It also have a bar, back drop , sound bars and table and chairs . Its decor adds luxury and can sleep up to 15people. $250 fee for going over 15 guests .

Summary: The best thing about this place is how many people it can sleep. If you are looking for a place for a large group-- 12-15--to all be together in the corktown area, which is super cool, and walk to a bunch of bars and MGM, this will work. But it is NO FRILLS. Really. It's more of a party pad than an apartment. The building looks scary and it is industrial, but the neighborhood was fine-- would not walk alone as a women, but fine for a group. If you plan to use the futons for sleeping, you will be in folding chairs in the big open area with folding tables. No cups or closets to speak of. You get a key, no push code entry. There are odd intersections of walls and pipes that sometimes do not totally close. We thought we might see mice or bugs but we never did, nor any signs of them. The floor in the picture looks like nice hardwood, and it is real wood, but it is old and dirt gets into the cracks. Not trying to scare you off, just trying to be real. I would not recommend with small children. There are really no doors on anything but the bathrooms so expect to wear ear plugs or headphones to bed. The property manager, Tony, was responsive.
