Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: Key code for door is 10 digits and sometimes it would work easily and other times it was difficult to lock door when I was going out. I had to stand on a Chair in order to open the key box to use for the door (Way too high). Living room furniture looked nice but is very old and sinks down quite a bit when you sit on it and I am 150 lbs so not overweight. Beds were comfortable. Enclosed patio was nice, however there were signs of mold on cushions and the door handle for the sliding door. Large anthill just outside of screened window and when I asked the Management Office which is on site to spray I was told that the unit didn’t have a contract with them. I would have to call VACASA or take care of it myself. Large area rug in living room has a few permananet wrinkles and they are a tripping hazard. There is a lot of dust on the blades of the ceiling fans in all of the rooms. The main bathroom has two ceiling lights that must need bulbs replaced because they don’t work. The ceiling fan in the adjoining bedroom is difficult to use because one of the switches works sporadically. The toilets don’t flush easily. You have to hold the handles or flush twice. The one in the Master Suite often has to be jiggled several times or the lid has to be taken off and the flapper pushed down. You are wasting water. It would have been helpful to have an “Owner’s Sheet” with instructions for the TVS, door lock, and maintenance person to call if necessary. Otherwise the unit is nice but it needs a little TLC and furniture should be replaced.
