Updated, gourmet kitchen with everything you need from coffee/ice/filtered water, to kitchen gadgets, cocktail/wine tools, and even a Kitchen Aid Mixer! Marble countertops enhance your experience at the countertop height bar for casual dining. Enjoy takeout or a homecooked meal in the dining room with seating for 8. Gorgeous outdoor terrace with seating for four. 2nd floor balcony features seating overlooking a neighborhood lake with fountain. Upon arrival you'll find a stocked coffee bar with Starbucks and all of the fixings to get you started!
You'll be delighted with the spacious living area with two full size couches. There's ample seating for relaxing or watching TV. There's also the extra possibility to have an extra guest sleep on the couches if you wish.
