Guests will feel relaxed in this spacious 2376 sqft luxurious home built atop one of the many hills that surround the Boise Valley. Breathtaking views await you when you are enjoying the extensive back patio, outdoor kitchen, and back yard spa! Upon arriving you will park on a driveway with enough room for four cars! Entry into this lovely home is via the inside of the four-car garage or through the locked gated entrance into a smart front patio. Upon using the front entrance via the front gated patio, you will be greeted by Brazilian hardwood floors that glisten beneath tons of windows. There is a separate dining room with an oak dining table that seats six plus a breakfast nook that seats four.
The living room boasts a gas fireplace, a wall-mounted television, and cozy seating arrangement all within feet of the kitchen. This home also has a separate office/study with French doors that lead out to the back patio. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious with French Doors that lead out to the front patio and back yard patio! There is a huge closet and the bathroom contains a deep corner tub, a fully tiled shower, and a tiled toilet nook.
The kitchen contains slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and lots of cabinets! The laundry room is every woman’s dream with lots of counter space for folding clothes and hanging them upon a rod.
Besides the immense views of the Boise Valley, you are steps away from hiking and biking the wilderness trails. You might see mule deer and antelope around the foothills in the early mornings or evenings. Mule deer often wander into Boise to munch on the foliage along the Boise River. If you like serenity you will find it here in this wilderness neighborhood!
