La Ferme des Frasserands is a magnificent, authentic family property, restored a few years ago, with particular attention to preserving its original atmosphere and unique features, while creating an exclusive family home in one of the most beautiful frames of the Chamonix valley.
Built in 1764, it is the oldest house in the picturesque hamlet of Frasserands and it has real charm and joyful energy.
La Ferme des Frasserands can accommodate up to 16 people.
On the upper floor, large bay windows open onto the famous Grands-Montets ski area with the 4,211 meter Aiguille Verte at its summit.
The panoramic view offers from the living room and the balcony a breathtaking panorama of the entire Mont-Blanc range, from the Aiguille du Tour to the Swiss border, to the summit of the Aiguille du Goûter.
You will not tire of this unique panorama, from the first rays of the sun on the mountains until sunset when the famous needles of Chamonix turn red.
A semi-professional and highly versatile Bulthaup kitchen, equipped with Gaggenau appliances, has been designed for cooking enthusiasts, including a large cooker and a fantastic La Cornue rotisserie.
This space is really very welcoming and opens onto the elegant living and dining room, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
This floor also contains the master bedroom and a small bedroom adjoining the living room, both with their own bathrooms, and is topped by a large mezzanine for additional guests.
The huge fireplace is installed in the former “la bourne” smoking room, next to which the guest toilet has now also been cleverly installed!
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a superb 'workshop' bedroom and a children's bedroom which can accommodate additional beds.
An entrance hall with shoe dryer and wardrobe, a guest toilet and a laundry room are also on this floor.
The outdoor areas of La Ferme des Frasserands are charming and picturesque, with lawns and beautiful flower beds, a furnished terrace and barbecue area with a wonderful mix of farm buildings and traditional Alpine chalets surrounding it in this authentic Alpine hamlet.
