Beach House Niagara is a coastal California inspired retreat where you can hear the waves crash onto shore from the moment you arrive. Unobstructed, panoramic south facing views of blue water as far as the eye can see creates a sense of retreat and calmness. Sunrise and sunset views fill the space with warm natural light all day long. Your private beach awaits, when you stay here, the beach of to be enjoyed exclusively by your group.
Families and Friends will love this oversized waterfront acre lot featuring an oversized deck overlooking the water, generous grassy side yard partially shaded with mature trees, a side patio off the kitchen for BBQing, a massive sunroom and more!
Spending quality time with loved ones here is very comfortable as Beach House Niagara has over 5,000 square feet of space, 4 large bedrooms all with walk-in closets and large picture windows, 2 of the bedrooms have panoramic water views. We have two full bathrooms on the second floor and two powder rooms on the main floor.
There are two large living rooms and a 40-foot sunroom all with water views as well means wherever you are, you’re experiencing waterfront living at its finest. The family room has a wood stove and the living room boasts a wood burning fireplace.
Share a meal with your entire group at our custom-built reclaimed wood dining table that comfortably seats up to 16 people. Have your morning coffee at the vintage marble round table in the sunroom or the oversized quartz kitchen island.
While we recommend unplugging, we leave the option to you… featuring high speed Wi-Fi, a proper office with a door if you need to make a call, several other workspaces if needed and an 80” TV with Bell Satellite, Apple TV, Crave, HBO, Prime Video and Netlfix subscriptions all included.
The spa room features wall to wall windows, a sitting area, rinse off shower and laundry facilities. The spa room connects the main house to the guest house & games loft.
The loft above the garage features two queen beds, a lounge / living room space, pool table and Peloton gym including spinning bike, treadmill, yoga equipment and weights. Peloton membership included in your stay, and unlimited classes can be taken by all guests. Classes include, cycle, running, walking, yoga, barre, bootcamp, strength, stretching, meditation and more. There is no washroom in the loft.

All bedrooms are on the second story of the home.

Spa room has a hot tub, shower (not private) and Peloton gym.
There are two internet/WIFI options. One is NWIC 60mbps the other is Bell 50mbps.
Guest House Loft
(not heated but has A/C so closed after Thanksgiving to end of April. )
There is no bathroom in the guest loft.

The Property
The property features a large private beach, which is a mis of smooth stones and sand on the shore. The water entry has some small smooth stones and its ripples of soft sand as far as you can walk. The beach features a very gradual entry, perfect for babies, kids, and older family members. About 50 meters out you can still touch the sandy bottom if desired. Lake Erie is a great lake that is exposed to wonderful views and with the weather the beach landscape can change from day to day.
There are two outdoor dining areas, the deck overlooking the water south of the property and the patio with BBQ on the west side of the property overlooking the water and grassy side yard.
There is a fire pit and Muskoka chairs and lounge chairs by the edge overlooking the water.
The very spacious side yard has enough space for all of your favourite summer activities and a volleyball net, badminton net, bocce ball and other summer games and activities are located in the garage for you to use and enjoy during your stay.
We provide all linens and towels, cookware, and dinnerware.
Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
This is a great location for boating, kayaking and canoeing! Rentals are located nearby. There is loads of space to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. There is plenty of parking. The is a great location for two to four families to
get away together.
Neighbourhood Description
We are located in the region of Long Beach, one of the best sandy beaches in Ontario. There are trails, conservation areas, horseback riding and even skydiving all within a 4-minute drive or less!
The area is known for amazing beaches, golf clubs, wineries, fruit farms, animal farms and more! Some farms offer tours where you can interact with goats, alpacas, cows, horses, sheep, and chickens. On your way to Beach House Niagara you will see many farms selling their produce, so you can pick some up and have your very own farm to table meals during your stay.
There are three great golf clubs nearby, the closest of which is Port Colborne Golf & Country Club which is less than a 3-minute drive. Many amazing wineries are within a 25-minute drive. The quaint waterfront town of Port Colborne is 10 minutes away where you can do all your shopping, groceries, grab a bite, hit up a brewery or check out the Sugarloaf Marina.
Nickel Beach is another fun destination, only 15 minutes away you can drive your car onto the beach and park at the water! If you haven’t tried Car Beaching, you must!
Niagara falls is only 35 minutes away and you can enjoy the magnificent waterfall and other attractions like Maid of the Mist, Clifton Hill, Bird Kingdom, Butterfly Conservatory, Casinos, Shows and Dining.

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature.
Highlights of the agreement include:
• We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
• The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
• When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
• Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
• Smoking is not permitted inside
• The BBQ is available for your use and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet as we are a rural property on a septic tank. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
