The Tennis shed is a brand new eco-house on the outskirts of the gorgeous South Downs village of Ditchling. Completed in 2021 - the Tennis Shed is set in private gardens and has direct access to a tennis court and indoor swimming pool complex with gym equipment and a sauna.
Entirely self-contained, with a separate drive way and parking, the tennis shed is situated at the bottom of the owner's large, 4 acre garden.
Decorated and furnished to a high standard, the tennis shed has a walk in wet-room and log burner, big wrap-round deck and views to the South Downs.
Perfect for a long-weekend getaway - the shed is walking distance to Court Garden vineyard, The Bull pub in Ditchling and The Mac's Farm.
Sleeping arrangements
Two double bedrooms - one can be split into singles. There is a put-u-up bed available for extra children + a cot on request.

There is a large kitchen/diner with open plan seating area - with cosy L-shaped sofa and log burner. A large entrance hall with lots of space for coats and boots and tennis gear. The tennis shed is inspired by Swedish architecture, and clad in black burnt larch, with a distinctive red front door. There is a wrap round deck, private driveway with e-vehicle charging point - and an orchard. Up a short flight of steps you have access to further lawns, an indoor swimming pool with gym and sauna - and a fire-pit.
