Summary: PROS: nice views of the Hollywood hills in prime WeHo spot near shops and restaurants. - nice light all day through many windows. - VRBO pics are accurate. The large space has high ceilings and was recently constructed. - host quickly responded to questions. - very clean including the spacious bathrooms. - kitchen has good appliances and well suited for cooking. - large electronic window shades on the top two floors provide the bedrooms daytime light and privacy at night. - nice desk area with a good view. - nice large outdoor deck with a dining table. - parking in the building garage makes coming and going easy. CONS: the second bedroom is not private. Access to the 3rd floor master bedroom requires walking through this bedroom. - main (first) floor windows do not have blinds. One of the windows faces a parking lot where bright lights shine into the kitchen and living area at night. The other first floor window looks onto the public exterior walkway where other residents access their units. You can see into their units and they can see into yours. - given the daily rate, we expected better supplies. There was no drip coffee maker and we had to purchase one. We found only one extra roll of paper towels and no facial tissue. It was not adequate for a two week stay. - on two nights, a neighbor played loud club music until 2:30 am keeping us awake. - exterior staircase to the units is metal. Residents and guests with hard shoes can be heard.
