The townhouse is located in the Fonte Verde just 8 minutes drive from the beach Praia da Falésia, on the outskirts of the town of Vilamoura often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, the townhouse has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The townhouse benefits from its own shared pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children and also a children´s pool for the little ones. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with a barbecue and with stunning garden and pool views, furnished with comfortable garden sofas. With two double bedrooms, and a triple bedroom, the townhouse is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.
Sleeping
The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms in which all are on suite. One bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with three single beds.
Entertainment
The entertainment consists of a Hd flat screen Lcd television mounted on the wall which receives several English Tv channels, a Dvd player, Cd player with radio and Internet Access Wi-fi (wireless).
Bathrooms
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms have queen size double bed and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

Pool
Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.
