Negative: This is for my birthday trip. We have 7 people in the group. The stay was not good as expected. Too many issues during the stay. Customer service is quick to respond, but the actions to remediate took longer time than anticipated. A/C in one of the biggest bedrooms for three people were not working. We need to use fans the whole time. The bathroom door could not be closed. It’s so uncomfortable for the group to stay and use the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature in all bathrooms were not great and cannot be adjusted. Weak WiFi connection in the house. The WiFi was down for 1-2 days. The maintenance team could not come to fix the bathroom door and A/C until the day before checking out. We could not use the rooms during that time.We communicate the schedules that they could come, but it’s too late since we had to leave to next day.
