Pet fee is $150 per dog. Please let us know how many dogs you will be bringing so we can request the appropriate fees.

Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Square One Markets, Family Dollar and CVS.

📌 We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.

● The property has 3 security cameras. Both are on the exterior of the home and in plain view. No cameras are hidden.
● 1 doorbell camera at the main entry door on the side of the house
● 2 floodlight cameras over the right side of the house facing the each entrance of the driveway
