Welcome Home! Beautiful LUX property with amazing backyard. The house is located right in the middle of DFW! Our home offers 3 large spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also an additional full bathroom outside in the backyard, next to the pool. Centrally located in south west Dallas. About 15 minutes to AT&T stadium, Dallas Zoo, and downtown Dallas. Less than 10 minutes to Dallas’s hottest neighborhood, Bishop Arts! Just a short Uber ride to all Dallas has to offer!
The space
Backyard oasis! Close to everything! Centrally located! Newly built home ! Tastefully decorated! The space consist of a living room with a large sectional soda, dining area, kitchenette, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private driveway. Queen blow up mattress!! Plenty of street parking as well! There is a large yard with a POOL, outdoor bathroom, patio furniture, grill, outdoor tv and fire pit! We have a washer and dryer for your use! There is also a queen blow up mattress should you need an extra bed!
Check - in is through the use of a smart lock on the front door entrance.
Bathroom essentials for your stay include shampoo, conditioner, towels, hairdryer and more. Please note toiletries will not be refilled during your stay.
The space has a full kitchen with essentials and amenities that include stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven), kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, knives, common cutlery), toaster, and coffee maker.
The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and plenty of natural lighting from large windows in each room. Each bedroom has a closet equipped with hangers. There is also a steamer available for use.
The living room has a large tv. All bedrooms have tvs , just log in with your accounts and start streaming your favorite apps!
The home being centrally located in Dallas puts you minutes away to Kessler Theater and Bishop Arts District; close drive to Trinity Groves, Deep Ellum, Downtown, Uptown, Oaklawn, American Airlines Center (Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars), AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (Texas Rangers), Six Flags, Verizon Theatre, Dallas Zoo, Fair Park, Perot Museum, Convention Center, Union Station, and Design District. Leave your car at home and Uber everywhere or just a shore drive away!

No parties or events. Quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 6 AM Sunday-Thursday; 11 PM to 6 AM Friday -Saturday. No additional guests except those listed on reservation are allowed. Failure to communicate additional guests may result in a penalty or a cancellation without refund. Outside cameras on property.
This is a non smoking home and we do not tolerate drug use. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without refund.
