Luxury modern Villa Odeo is located in the beautiful Kvarner town of Malinska on the island of Krk. The spacious villa covers an area of 355 m2 and has a maximum accommodation capacity for 10 people. The optimal capacity of the villa is 8 people, so extra beds would be extra charged.
Upstairs are four luxuriously equipped and air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have a sea view. A washing machine, hair dryer and other practical amenities are also available. In addition, the villa also contains a safe so you can enjoy your holiday without hindrance while keeping your valuables in a safe place.
The ground floor of the villa has a spacious dining room, kitchen and living room. On the beautiful terrace of the villa there is a heated pool with hydromassage option, 4x8 m large 1.45 m deep. Pool heating is free, except from December 22nd to January 8th, when this option is at an additional cost. Next to it there is also a pool for children, and around the pool there are 6 deck chairs, outdoor dining table and barbecue.
In addition, on request, a feeder and baby cot, bicycles, jet ski, and boat mooring are available. Inside the courtyard of the villa there are four parking spaces.
Near the villa there are beautiful pebble beach’s where you can enjoy all day. The untouched nature of the island of Krk will allow you complete relaxation and enjoyment of long walks and other activities such as water sports, running, cycling and the like.
Apart from the beautiful nature, the picturesque town of Malinska also contains various other facilities, such as cultural and historical monuments or places for nightlife and entertainment. In Malinska you will find a unique early Christian church complex in the Cickini forest, which dates from the 5th or 7th century.
In addition, the island of Krk is full of natural and cultural attractions that you must visit during your stay in the luxury villa Odeo. According to legend, out of the 1185 Croatian islands, the island of Krk was named the Golden Island (insula Aurea) in ancient times because of its uniqueness and beauty.
On this island there is one of the most important Croatian cultural and historical monuments: Baška ploča from 1100. It is located in Jurandvor, and it is special because it is written in Glagolitic and is considered one of the first literary monuments in Croatia.
