This turn key rental includes all utilities; gas, underground electric, filtered well water, monitored security and water leak system with indoor and outdoor cameras (indoor cameras are removed during your visit), Direct TV Ultimate package, and Starlink Hi-Speed internet.

As well as a 36,000 BTU AC / heat pump system in great room and 12,000 BTU AC / heat pump in bedrooms. And Three gas fireplaces, one on each floor. Propane hi-efficiency gas boiler.
Wake up refreshed after sleeping on 100% organic cotton sheets by Boll & Branch. Your comfort is further guaranteed by a Cummings whole house generator, pest control, and year-round AC/heat maintenance agreements by local companies. The propane tank has a monitoring system alerting gas company it’s time to refill.
