Located on the exclusive Amber Belair grounds, Hummingbird Villa offers a spacious retreat, accommodating up to 10 guests in an expansive 5 bedroom estate. The villa, designed by Vincenzo De Rosa, has been built to a very high specification and was completed in 2005. The tastefully decorated interiors are complimented by feature furniture and artwork, especially commissioned by the homeowners. The main living areas, including the state of the art kitchen, surround an internal courtyard. Outside there is a covered patio, sunny pool deck with a sea view and a gazebo which makes an ideal spot for outside dining. Hummingbird offers the privacy and freedom of villa life with the facilities of a luxurious hotel close at hand. All guests at Hummingbird have use of the Calabash Hotel’s facilities including their beach, tennis courts and a variety of water sports, Heaven and Earth Spa and Rhodes Restaurant. A short drive away is the picturesque St George's, Grand Anse beach and much more. Price includes complimentary a Welcome pack with bread, milk, water, cereal, jam etc and daily cleaning service. Bedrooms: Master suite upstairs with king size bed, bathroom, balcony and TV. Also has an office area. 2 further bedrooms upstairs with king size beds. 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with king size bed and one with twin beds. All are en-suite and fitted with ample wardrobe space. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Living room: Spacious lounge with 3 large sofas and patio doors opening on to pool area. Large TV room with 3 sofas, cable TV, video, DVD player, CD player and radio. Separate dining room adjoining kitchen with beautiful views Cleaning/maid: The housekeeper visits daily from 8 am - 3 pm. Towels and linen supplied. At extra cost various services can be arranged including babysitting, chefs, waiting staff, etc
